Transmog for Taurens Highmountain Tauren May Be Closer Than We Think!
Looking for ideas for a highmountain tauren shaman. Please suggest me some cool transmog sets i could farm which are shamanish and fits good on tauren. I don't like sets with visible head pieces or robes very much. I'm currently using the high mountain heritage set, but it's a bit boring, and not very much into the native indian vibe.

Tauren shaman in general don't have as deeper connection as orcs and draenei, which played heavily into their backstories, tauren are pretty straightforward. As for druids, there's an area called fields of an'she, so the highmountain have the same belief system as kalimdor tauren, an'she playing a key part in the taurens belief and connection.

If you want themes to fit in you could look at the various tribes that make up the highmountain: Rivermanes would fit incredibly well as Resto Shamans, Bloodtotem would be excellent warriors, Highmountain themselves are basically THE survival hunters.

One thing (only really matters if you RP I guess) Highmountain Tauren appear to place emphasis on the elements of earth, sky (air) and river (water), at least from their current primary tribe composition. Kalimdor Tauren make equal reference to all of them, including fire. Not to say HMT don't use it, but it may not be as prominent.

I'm mainly interested in alliance side but I'm not against a horde race if it feels right. 1 Cybeles โข 6 yr. ago Lore-wise, there's a lack of info for Highmountain Tauren Shamans honestly. We only know of the Rivermane tribe who have an affinity with water but they were mostly looked down upon for maintaining a peace pact between the Highmountain Tauren and the Drogbar.

Melgromm Highmountain is an elite tauren shaman part of the Horde. He spawned during the Dark Portal Opens event, specifically when the Dark Portal was starting to be overrun by demons.
